Well maybe Oedipus shouldn't have tried to escape his fate and just faced it and everything could have been avoided. The gods might have liked his bravery and decide to change his fate for him...haha
I doubt the gods would do that. They'd probably be like 'We must make him suffer. No getting off easy. He's only a human.' Poor Oedipus, though. I feel bad for him.
Too true they probably wouldn't have changed it. All the Greek Mythology movies I've seen the gods just laugh and enjoy the show of the humans suffering. But hey you never know haha. I feel bad for him but I must say Oedipus's epic scream in the movie made my day!:D
EWW God they're all related! That's just nasty, these people need to branch out a little bit.
